Baldwin has been a lifelong resident of Riner. He attended the Maryland Institute College of Arts (MICA) and is a painter, sculptor and furniture maker. Baldwin is responsible for the large puppets that appeared at Floydfest this past year. He and his wife live in a house that Baldwin built and devote each day to making art.
