I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over ten years and received my kid's teacher certification from the Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. When I need to slow down I visit Great Tree Zen Center where some of my favorite retreats are the family weekends. I go with my daughter. My background is in psychology and the healing arts, yet music has become my medium, and children are my inspiration. Sharing positive musical experiences with them helps me to feel that I am building a better world, and supporting the natural core of a person with love and shared fun, when it can make the most difference.
