Shirleyann Burgess - Yoga & Physical Education
Yoga & Physical Education Teacher . I trained for Yoga at Colorodo Mountain College of Steamboats Springs CO. I am a graduate of the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I received my Rolf Movement Certification from The Brasilian Rolf Institute. Received my massage training and graduated from the Potomac School of Massage in Washington, DC. I have extensive education in movement, anatomy, physiology, structural integration, rolfing, massage, cranial sacral work, and am continuing to learn from my students and teachers.
I am also a mother of three children, a shepherd and gardener in my extra time. I enjoy walking, yoga, dance, gardening, hiking, canoeing, reading, community, family time, and having lots of fun.
I came to BMS in 1997 and have been teaching yoga at the school for 7 years.
